Care instructions
Generally gemstone rings are for everyday wear. However, all jewelry, including diamond jewelry, need proper care regardless its hardness. Therefore, in order to keep your ring sparkling, please do your best to remove the ring when apply lotion, wash hands, take a shower or do housework with household cleaners. And clean your ring with a soft cloth and store it individually with a soft cloth or jewelry pouch.
Absolutely avoid spraying perfume, hair spray or any household cleaners (especially the one contains strong chemical compounds) directly on the ring.
It is recommended, to ensure a long life, your stones should be examined by a professional at least once per year.
Returns:
Contact me within 7 days of delivery regarding your wish to return.
Items must be shipped within 14 days.
A 20% Restocking fee may be applied to all returns and cancellations, excluding exchanges and items that have a defect or damage.
(1). Must contact me before sending back the item. Please message me on esty within 7 days of receiving your order. I will send you the detailed instruction.
(2). Item(s) must be sent back to me with in 1 week after having notified me of the return.
(3). Item(s) must be returned in unused (original) condition.
(4). Item(s) must be sent back insured with signature confirmation (it will be the buyer’s fully responsibility if the return is lost or damaged during the transit.)

18k gold is composed of 75% gold, which is alloyed with other metals to make it strong enough for everyday wear.
14k gold is composed of 58.3% gold and 41.7% of other metals.
